2.

February 14th. Valentines Day, Single Awareness Day, whatever you choose to call it, it's here, so might as well celebrate!

Live Fashion:
This outfit is perfect whether you are going out with your girlfriends, or a romantic dinner with your boyfriend. It is simple, chic, and classy. I paired a pair of black skinny jeans with a pink chaffon blouse, I added a Michael Kors shoulder bag with a gold strap to accentuate the gold Alex and Ani bangles, and simple black and gold studs from American Apparel. To top it all off, I added a pair of KrispOutlet Studded loafers. I would normally opt for a pair of nude heels, but with the 20 inch puddles we are currently experiencing in Boston I am not trying to risk a near death experience.

Eat Well:

Aphrodisiac Foods: Truth or Myth...

Truth! There are many foods that you can surprise your sweetie with this Valentines Day to get you both in the mood for romance

1. Artichokes-It is said in the Middle Ages women were banned from eating Artichokes due to their "Aphrodisiac Qualities"

2. Bananas-Besides its obvious sexual innuendo bananas are high in potassium and B vitamins necessary for sex hormone production

3. Oysters-Besdies oysters being slippery and sensual, they are an aphrodisiac because they can change their sex from male to female and back!

4. Chocolate Strawberries-No these sexy treats are not a myth, they really do increase your sex drive! Strawberries are a symbol of Venus, the Roman goddess of love. While Chocolate contains both sedative and stimulative qualities. Chocolate relaxes and lowers inhibitions while increasing the desire for physical contact.

So, no matter how you're celebrating today, make sure you surround yourself with who and what you love.
